Hi, I’m Tayla

I'm a counsellor, somatic practitioner, and yoga teacher based in Melbourne. My path into this work has been shaped by a deep curiosity about the relationship between mind, body, and healing, and how we create meaningful change when all parts of ourselves are welcomed into the conversation.

My Approach

I offer an integrative approach that draws from psychotherapy, somatic awareness, nervous system education, and trauma-informed yoga. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to the person in front of me, recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to growth, healing, or self-understanding.
Body and Mind

I am interested in the ways our bodies hold experiences, emotions, patterns, and wisdom that words alone cannot always access. Depending on your needs, sessions may include body awareness, movement, breath, and nervous system-informed practices alongside conversation, creating space to explore your experience from both the inside out and the outside in.
