Hi, Iām Tayla
I'm a counsellor, somatic practitioner, and yoga teacher based in Melbourne. I've always been curious about what it means to be human, and the ways our experiences shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. I believe that when we slow down and make space for our experiences with curiosity and compassion, meaningful change can begin to unfold. My Approach
I offer a gentle, relational, and body-aware approach to therapy that honours the connection between mind, body, and lived experience. Drawing from counselling, psychotherapy, somatic practices, and yoga, I create a collaborative space for curiosity, self-understanding, and meaningful change.Body and Mind
I am interested in the ways our bodies hold experiences, emotions, patterns, and wisdom that words alone cannot always reach. Depending on your needs, sessions may include body awareness, movement, breath, and nervous system-informed practices alongside conversation, creating space to gently listen to what is being felt, sensed, and held within.Trainings

Graduate Certificate of Counselling
Certificate IV in Mental Health
